Proposal

Title: Wrath

Duration: 30 to 90 seconds

No.of Shots: 25-30

Project: Wrath is a Bank Heist film set in 1970’s London at a bank in the East End. The opening sequence would have shots of the crew flashing up on a smokey back with shots of blueprints and the locations of various scenes in the rest of the film. The blue colours of the blueprints and red colour of the background have a clear contrast on each other. Followed be the text with the title Wrath slowly moving up the screen.

Asthetics: The film would be shot in a soft look with the main colours being red and black with the crew wearing red masks and jackets and black jeans. The camera would use a 1970s style softer focus through the use of slightly less sharp focus to make the film feel athentic and look like it was filmed in the era in which it is set. Do you have any images that you could include to demonstrate what you mean?

Requirements: I would require 3 or 4 people to form the crew of the heist. I would also require the use of a single camera as the shots that I will use will be able to be done on a singular camera. I may also require the use of a green screen to produce the background for various parts of the sequence.

Difficulties: Some difficulties I my have are that the clothing that cast would wear as the same colour clothing could be difficult to acquire. Also the props could be difficult to find as the blueprints maybe hard to find as they aren’t easy to find as they aren’t easy to buy. The location could also be hard to find as the city has become more modern and this is why the use of the green screen would be required to get the views down the streets.
